No Bake Breakfast Bars

So easy to make and one of the first ones I actually made and keep going back to. Just be warned you do need to measure accurately as they will crumble if not.

5 Ingredient Peanut Butter and Banana Energy Bars

These are great to use up over ripe bananas, for me the issue is I now rarely have over ripe bananas as I only buy a weeks worth and tend to just eat them, but well worth make if you do happen to have some.

Carrot and Chickpea Traybake

I keep meaning to remake this, not one of my favourites I must confess but couldn’t really say why. Also I strongly suggest freezing this to keep it as it went off in an airtight container quickly and my kitchen has no heating so that wasn’t the cause.

Mango Lassi

Yum is all I can say about it, it is more than likely better for the weekend when not in work as you ideally need to eat it straight away! But I do believe this could also be added to the breakfast menu if you had a little time (10 minutes) to make it for the yourself of the kids if you have them!
