So, I decided to give the overnight oats another try this morning and thought perhaps if I add in blueberries as well as bananas maybe that is what is making the difference. It tasted quite nice and so now the clock is ticking before I feel the need to eat again.
Breakfast choices so far:
Slice of granary bread and soft (or hard) boiled egg.
Porridge (this can be pre-made in a pot or just made normal).
Yogurt with blueberries and banana.
Overnight oats with banana.
